Screen Education is a joint venture between Cinemedia and the Australian Teachers of Media (ATOM). Our mission is to publish a journal of excellence for the teaching of screen literacy across all curriculum levels of primary and secondary education. Screen Education is written by teachers and researchers for use in primary and secondary classrooms. The magazine is full of practical ideas and classroom activities and is firmly grounded in theory. Australian Screen Education builds on more than 40 years` experience by ATOM and Cinemedia Screen Education staff in delivering screen literacy programmes for teachers and students.
